i’m 100 pound over weight. i’m get married in a year i need to lose something please help.
It’s refreshing to hear someone advising such a well rounded fitness and nutrition program. The trainers honesty about nutrition and exercise whether they have months or weeks before the wedding was great and she was able to offer more than just fitness or nutrition information. I have been witness to many a bride or bridesmaids who have become extremely stressed out and put on weight leading up to the wedding. I only that the lifestyle changes made before the wedding are continued afterwards.
